The 14th Annual Mike and Peggy Swisher Labor Day Picnic is right around the corner! We are reaching out to ask for sponsorships. The last few years we have moved from Tigurex Park Downtown to the Balloon Fiesta Park & Pavilion due to the growth the picnic has had in attendees.
There are many things brought to our Labor Day Picnic by you. A lunch is provided at no cost to all attendees. Affiliates bring their SWAG to treats like ice cream/snow cones and from games to union information. We have a couple additions this year. We will have the Governor attending! She will be visiting with Labor, walking the picnic to visit labor tents, and talking to union members and the community. We will also be hosting our 1st Annual BBQ Competition! We will give you more details as it becomes available!
Union Locals are welcome to set up their tents to provide information to other union brothers and sisters as well as the community. Please reach out to Catherine Jaramillo via email: catherine@ualocal412.org to get your spot today!
